Postal rate increase
Postal charges increased at the beginning of May (for those who hadn't heard!) We've been racking our brains as to how we can keep charges down with such a huge price hike. So we have opted for second class signed for deliveries in the UK, which works out 'cheaper' with the new parcel weight structure. From our experience this will mean the vast majority of parcels will get delivered within 3 days. Over the next 2 weeks we'll be assessing how successful the changeover is, please let us know your comments if you experience any problems with delivery.
Hats at Barts
We return to Barts Hospital on Thursday May 31st, 2.00-4.00pm. This is an informal session with coffee and tea, to chat hats and try some different styles on. Come with a friend, and pop in for a cuppa - we'd love to see you! The venue is the Conference Room in the West Wing Breast Care Centre, Barts Hospital EC1A 7BE. Julia Lampard salon, Guildford
Suburban Turban returns to this wonderful wig salon for a 'pamper' coffee morning on Monday, June 11th. The event runs 10.30-12.30, so why not bring along a friend to this informative session all about wigs, make-up and of course our range of headwear. Mary Wallace Centre, Cambridge
Suburban Turban returns to the Mary Wallace Centre for another Face Forward session Monday, 18th June. This wonderful session is for women undergoing cancer treatment and is packed full of useful of information on skincare, hair loss, make-up and much more! It's a great opportunity to see and try on the styles and talk hats. Why not come along and say 'hello', bring a friend or come on your own, you're guaranteed a warm welcome.
